Lovely charm, authentic feel, professional staff, comfortable bed, awesome shower, small fridge in room.

We loved staying in the heart of the historic center with all the ancient charm that comes with it. the beautiful vaulted ceilings, wooden beams, and solid oak furniture created an incredibly unique and atmospheric room. the friendly staff were a great help and everything we needed was within easy walking distance.

One small issue we experienced was with the availability of hot water and heating. It was a minor inconvenience, but something worth noting.

We loved the old fashioned furnishings, especially the giant iron key. Best aspects: Our room was generously sized and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Plus, the mini, bar was well, stocked with all our favorite treats, which we enjoyed snacking on.

The check, in process was incredibly confusing and left us feeling frustrated. We were directed to a restaurant across the street for our keys, which made no sense to us, and the staff was incredibly rude when we called to ask for clarification.
